Alternative Access, Mirrors and the Register
What a mirror address is in practice
A mirror is the same platform reachable at a different address: identical account, balance, game history, verification status and bonus progress. Nothing is duplicated on the player's side — existing credentials sign in as usual, and an unfinished wagering requirement continues from wherever it stopped.
Operators keep alternative addresses because reachability is not uniform: a provider can filter a domain, name resolution can lag after a change, or the domain may be moving. A mirror solves an availability problem, never a legal one.
Reachability is not legality
This is the part worth reading twice. Gambling supervision in Hungary belongs to the Regulated Activities Supervisory Authority, SZTFH, which keeps a public register of licensed organisers and, separately, a list of infringing sites designated for blocking. A domain that loads therefore proves nothing about status: it is a network fact, not a regulatory one.

The correct order is to look up the organiser and its domain in the authority's register first, and decide about registering second. The Hungarian market opened to licence applications in January 2023; before that, online casino play was the exclusive right of Szerencsejáték Zrt. Where a real address can come from
There is exactly one source: the operator. An emailed notice, a link given in support chat, or the account area after signing in. That is the complete list. Search results, messenger channels, comment threads and aggregator pages are not sources — they are where phishing copies live, visually identical and built to collect credentials. Compare the address character by character before typing anything, and check that the connection is secured.
When the site will not open
Work through the ordinary causes first: reload, clear the cache, switch browser, switch network. A large share of outages are stale name resolution or an extension breaking the page. If it still fails, write to support from the account email — channels are listed on the support page. What must not happen is registering again on another domain: duplicate accounts can be closed, turning a temporary inconvenience into a permanent loss.
A minute of security hygiene
Never enter card details or documents on an address you have not checked. A genuine mirror asks for exactly what the main site asks for — username and password, nothing more. A page requesting a card number to confirm the mirror is fraudulent by definition. Bookmark the address the operator gave you instead of searching for it each time, and enable two-factor authentication where the platform offers it.
