Getting paid at Onlyspins

A withdrawal is not one wait but three, and each is owned by a different party. The first belongs to the player, the second to the operator, the third to a bank or a blockchain. Separating them explains almost every question about payout speed — including why the first one is slower than all the rest. Route comparisons sit on the payments overview.

Clock one: the player owns 0 to 3 hours

After a request is submitted it stays pending for up to three hours, and during that time it can be cancelled with the money returned to the balance. The window matters most when a bonus is still running. Until the 40x requirement is met the bonus balance is conditional money, and requesting a payout generally means giving it up — so the question is not when to press the button but whether the remaining wagering is worth more than the amount being withdrawn. The wagering page puts numbers on that.

Clock two: the operator owns approval

Before the first payout, identity verification runs once: a photo ID, a proof of address (an address card or a utility bill no older than 90 days), and the front and back of the card if a card funded the account. Processing typically takes 24 hours. Uploading on registration day removes that day from the payout path entirely; leaving it until the first request adds a full day on top of whatever the table below says. Documents are handled by the operator — this site does not receive or store any of them.

Clock three: the network owns the transfer

Ceilings turn a big win into a schedule

The daily limit is 2,000,000 Ft and the monthly limit 15,000,000 Ft, against a 12,000 Ft floor per request. Nothing above those numbers is blocked — it is spread out. A 5,000,000 Ft balance is three consecutive daily payouts; the monthly ceiling only starts to matter beyond 15,000,000 Ft. Read them alongside the 2,000 Ft maximum stake that applies while a bonus is active, because that cap governs how quickly a balance can climb toward a ceiling in the first place.

The closed loop and the name on the account

Money returns along the route it arrived on, into an account in the account holder name. That makes the choice of deposit method a payout decision made in advance: fund by card and accept 24-48 hours back, fund by Skrill and get 1-3. The single exception is paysafecard, because a prepaid voucher cannot receive an incoming payment, so a bank account takes its place. Name mismatches are the most common reason a first request stalls, and also the hardest to fix quickly, since a new instrument has to be verified from scratch.

If a payout does not move

Four causes cover nearly all of it: documents still in processing or an address proof older than 90 days, an amount below 12,000 Ft or above the daily ceiling, an active bonus with unfinished wagering, and a name mismatch. All four are visible in the cashier before the request is made. If something is genuinely stuck, live chat runs 24/7 with an average reply time of about two minutes — the support page lists what to include, and the complaints page covers escalation.

Payout questions

How long does each route take once approved?
Skrill and Neteller 1-3 hours, Trustly the same day at 3-8 hours, instant transfer to a bank account 2-8 hours on business days, cards 24-48 hours, crypto up to 24 hours. Every one of those clocks starts after the 0 to 3 hour pending window, and a first payout may also carry the 24 hours of document processing if verification has not been done yet.
What is the pending window for?
It is the 0 to 3 hours during which a request can still be cancelled and the money returned to the balance. Treat it as an undo button rather than a delay. Its most valuable use is reversing a request made while a bonus is still running, where the real cost is not the wait but the wagering progress that would be forfeited.
Why is there a 12,000 Ft minimum on payouts?
Because bank and network costs are close to fixed, so a very small transfer loses a disproportionate share to them. The floor is the same on every route because it belongs to the cashier rather than to the method. Above it the ceilings are 2,000,000 Ft per day and 15,000,000 Ft per month, which turn a large balance into a schedule rather than a single transfer.
What is the most common reason a first payout stalls?
A name mismatch between the payment instrument and the account holder. The cashier runs a closed loop, so funds return along the route they arrived on and to the person who sent them; a one-letter difference is enough to stop it. Incomplete verification is a close second — most often an address document older than 90 days.
